"We recently (Feb 2026) met with Andy Hill who gave us the full Fletcher Home experience going over what, how and who can can redo our bathroom shower we’ve been milling over for 15 years. We’ve had many estimates over the years and at age know in our guts who to trust after several hours of sales pitches. Andy was straight forward and honest. This is how we felt in our guts immediately. Today, we canceled all future estimates and can’t wait for the Fletcher team to start the bathroom project. "The recent rain with strong winds resulted in roof damage and water leaking from the roof to the ceiling and the floor. I researched online for an estimate. A few companies called and were all pushing to replace the entire roof without even going up the roof for an inspection. Fletcher Homes (Jordan) conducted an interior inspection of the damage but I did not feel any pressure from him to replace the roof. He gave me a very rough estimate for a replacement. I told him I prefer a roof repair if possible due to the cost of the entire roof replacement. He told me that the roof repair inspector will conduct an inspection in a few days time. Carlos Corral (roof technician) conducted the inspection a few days later. He was very thorough and explain in detail the condition of the roof. He was sincere in his explanation and recommended the necessary repairs to stop and prevent the leak. He took pictures with the details of the damage. He did not pressure me to replace the roof but only to repair as the roof will last for some time. He completed the repairs on the same day. I am very happy and satisfied with the repairs. The work was even guaranteed for one year."
