Production Assistant

Responsibilities

Our Production Assistants are responsible for assisting the Project Managers during the product installation process. Key duties include delivering materials on-site, picking up return materials, and running one-off errands to ensure installation stays on schedule. Production Assistants are expected to treat property and homeowners with respect and always be a positive representation of Fletcher Construction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older, have a valid driver's license, and be authorized to work in the US. Skills and traits that will best fit this role and the rest of the Fletcher Construction team include:
• Able to comfortably lift heavy materials including lumber, decking boards,
• Self-sufficient work ethic
• Highly organized
• Able to effectively communicate - in person and via phone, text, and email
• Able to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and juggle multiple tasks
• Experience providing excellent customer service
• Outgoing and energetic

Starting Compensation

• $30,000 - $40,000/year depending on experience and trade area
• Paid Time Off: l week PTO+ 3 personal days for first year of employment Paid Holidays: 10
