Location: Northern Virginia (various shows & events)
Flexible, Part-Time Position | $15–$18/hour plus bonus opportunities
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts available

Fletcher Home is looking for enthusiastic Shows & Events Promoters to join our team! You’ll be the face of Fletcher Home at community events, fairs, and shows, sparking conversations, sharing what we do, and helping homeowners take the first step toward their next home improvement project.

We’re a team of upbeat, confident hard workers who love to laugh, work together to help deliver the best exterior remodeling experience in Northern Virginia. When there’s work to do, we buckle down and get it done, always with quality and professionalism at the forefront.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engage with potential customers at shows, fairs, and events

• Represent Fletcher Home and share our services (roofing, siding, windows, doors, decks, baths)

• Maintain a friendly, energized, and approachable demeanor

• Schedule appointments for interested homeowners

• Arrive on time and ready to go for all scheduled shifts

Who We’re Looking For:

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the U.S.

• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable starting conversations

• Effective communicator in person, by phone, text, and email

• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
