All team members play a vital role in the customer service we provide to homeowners and positioning us to be the best in the area.

Responsibilities

Our Project Managers are responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing projects within their trade specialty. Team members are expected to work with the homeowner directly and serve as the main point of contact once the project has reached the production phase. Establishing a positive working relationship with the homeowner is key to our success. Additionally, the Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the installation crew, removing and resolving obstacles that may cause project delays, and ensuring the installation process runs smoothly.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older, have a valid driver's license, and be authorized to work in the US. Skills and traits that will best fit this role and the rest of the Fletcher Construction team include:

• Experience in the construction industry
• Experience with roofing, siding, windows/doors, and/or decks
• Self-sufficient work ethic
• Positive attitude
• Able to effectively communicate - in person and via phone, text, and email
• Detail oriented
• Eager to learn
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and juggle multiple tasks
• Experience providing excellent customer service
• Outgoing and energetic

Starting Compensation

• $40,000 - $60,000/year depending on experience and trade area
• Paid Time Off: l week PTO+ 3 personal days for first year of employment
