Appointment Setter

Full-Time | Base Pay + Bonuses + Commission Opportunities

Fletcher Home is an established and growing home remodeling company, specializing in high-quality bath renovations, decks, windows, roofing, and more. We’re expanding to a new satellite location and looking for a motivated, people-focused team member to join us on the ground floor of this exciting venture. We believe in hard work, integrity, and opportunity—and we reward our team for delivering excellent results.

As our Appointment Setter, you'll play a critical role in growing our business by:

● Speaking with homeowners about their remodeling needs (primarily baths, but also windows, roofing, siding, etc.).
● Setting in-home appointments for our design consultants.
● Following up on warm leads, responding to inbound inquiries, and conducting outbound outreach to homeowners.
● Representing Fletcher Home with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
● Supporting the local team with basic office or marketing tasks, as needed.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

● Has great communication skills and enjoys talking to people.
● Is motivated by hitting goals and earning bonuses.
● Is reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
● Has previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, or sales (a plus, but not required).
● Can work in-person at the satellite location in Richmond, Virginia

 
Bonus Points If You Have:

● Experience in home improvement, construction, or remodeling.
● Familiarity with CRM systems or scheduling tools.
● Bilingual skills (Spanish/English or other languages) – not required, but a plus!

 
Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older, have a valid driver's license, and be authorized to work in the US. Skills and traits that will best fit this role and the rest of the Fletcher Home team.
