I found the Fletcher establishment by complete coincidence. A kind lady gave me a tour, and by the time it was finished, I already had an appointment set. The consultant assigned to me was Dylan. On appointment day, Dylan called and messaged me ahead of time to let me know exactly when he would arrive at my house, which I really appreciated. From the start, he was professional, punctual, and respectful of my time. When he arrived, Dylan was very impressed with our home and took the time to listen carefully to what we needed. He was extremely communicative, explaining each step clearly so I always knew what to expect. He answered all my questions with patience and detail, making sure I felt comfortable with the process. His friendly personality made the whole experience easy and stress-free. What stood out most was how genuine he was—he wasn’t just there to sell something, but to make sure we found the best possible fit. His professionalism, combined with his approachable nature, gave me a lot of confidence in Fletcher’s services.

Roof inspection and repair

Today (5-27-2025) Carlos and Marcos came to inspect my roof. A new roof was installed in my home in November of 2024 but there were two things that needed to be fixed. The inspection was done thoroughly and they fixed two areas on the roof. They were extremely kind, respectful and professional and did an excellent job!

Replacement of wooden deck.

We are very pleased with our new deck! Dwayne was excellent in assisting us with the design and working within our budget. Chris kept us in the loop as project manager and followed up in a timely manner. Augustine was amazing in adjusting the design of the deck to work with the back of our home. He and his crew were on-time, professional and in addition to working hard, had our yard cleaned at the end of each day. 100% would recommend them!

We had our old deck torn down and new deck built. There were questions about rebuilding the steps because the first deck was built then concrete poured around it. This created a beautiful transition from driveway to deck steps. We discussed several options, if they were unable to re create the way it was built the first time. I just checked on the progress and Augustine is a genius. He DID IT! The steps are beautiful. They are still working on the deck it should be completed in a few days. I AM SO HAPPY. Fletchers Construction is an Honest, professional, competent contractor.
