Location: Fredericksburg, Virginia
Full Time Position | $40 - $45K, plus bonus opportunities
8-hour shifts, Mon-Fri and some Saturdays
Reports to: Call Team Manager

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, ambitious, and have excellent communication and organization skills.  Additionally, attention to detail, and a desire to provide excellent service to our customers is a priority.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Interact with customers by phone, email, or chat to schedule appointments and answer questions

  • Create strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and increasing brand visibility through insightful interactions

  • Provide information about services and products, schedule appointments for sales consultations, and handle call transfers

  • Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to generate interest, using CRM systems to track leads, collaborating with sales teams, and qualifying prospects for in-home consultations

  • Follow communication scripts and adapt to different customer personalities to ensure consistent and positive experiences

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Associates degree or equivalent required

  • One to two years of experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate

  • A results-driven, goal-oriented, and self-motivated attitude

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and persuasive telephone presence

  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously while on the phone

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills with a positive, empathetic attitude

  • Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office

  • High level of reliability and punctuality

  • Ability to identify areas for process improvement

  • Calendar management/Scheduling

  • Knowledge or experience in the home improvement industry is a plus!
