We focus on providing quality exterior remodeling - roofing, siding, windows/doors, decks, and screen porches -within Northern Virginia. All team members play a vital role in the customer service we provide to homeowners and positioning us to be the best in the area.

Responsibilities

Our Project Consultants are responsible for providing in-home sales presentations on a variety of products and services. Appointments are pre-scheduled at the main office and are typically scheduled in 3-hour increments to allow for travel time between appointments. All Project Consultants are expected to arrive on time for appointments, provide requested estimates during the initial visit, and maintain a professional image.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older, have a valid driver's license, and be authorized to work in the US. Skills and traits that will best fit this role and the rest of the Fletcher Home team include:

• Experience conducting in-home sales in residential construction
• Self-sufficient work ethic
• Highly organized
• Able to effectively communicate - in person and via phone, text, and email
• Experience providing excellent customer service
• Outgoing and energetic

Starting Compensation

• Commission based pay
