Rules and Requirements: Potential recipients must live in Stafford, Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, or King George County and be a residential homeowner residing in these areas. Complete entries require a brief description of why this person is in desperate need of a new roof and how life changing this would benefit them. The deadline for entries is December 25, 2021, and the recipient will be announced by the new year. By submitting an entry, you authorize us to publish information and photos about your story if you are selected.
